Our borrower used her design skills to restore and update this 2,200 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in need of roughly $34,000 in renovations. The scope of work for this project included updating the kitchen, gutting the bathrooms, upgrading the mechanicals, and replacing the flooring throughout while enhancing the architecture of the home. The deck was completely rebuilt and expanded. Landscaping and a new concrete walkway complemented the indoor improvements.Why Brookview: Accessibility and Personalized Service.
